The Italian NCP for the LIFE programme organised a LIFE Platform Meeting on ceramic and brick manufacturing, in collaboration with EASME, the Neemo EEIG External Team and the Italian industry associations Confindustria Ceramica and ANDIL.
The platform meeting has been held in the Sassuolo ceramic manufacturing district on 11 April 2017. The event profiled the achievements of LIFE projects focused on reducing emissions and consumption of water and energy in the manufacturing process of ceramics and bricks. At Italian level, the initiative provided a first opportunity for an exchange of best practices in these sectors.
At the platform meeting also Wincer Project Coordinator, Elisa Rambaldi, has been presented to introduce the results of the project.
